Life is a learning process and wisdom is around every corner. Bouncing aimlessly will gain nothing but blindness. I opened my eyes one day and finally saw what I was missing. I don't want to close them again.

Honesty is an important attribute. When you give your word, you should follow though with your promise. I believe that no one should try to conform to gain acceptance, but I have been guilty of doing it a couple times in the past. Having friends is important, but if you're not being yourself you ultimately won't be happy.

You should't ask me an important question if you don't want an honest, sincere answer. Everyone should believe what they feel is correct, but be open to everyone's ideas. Their idea(s) could be the missing piece to your puzzle.

My humor is sarcastic-funny most of the time, but it really depends on my company. I respect that some people don't like sarcasm and they will only receive the minimum dosage.

Okay, uhm, hi, I'm Sara. I suppose I have an account on here just to find more ways to chillax, that's really all I do. I like fashionable things like clothes and such, but I also really like things in the entertainment genre like movies and video games (READ: My favorites are horror games/movies.. Any kind. Shoot 'em up zombies or survival. I also kick major ass at Guitar Hero. But I'll play anything). Reading things not on a screen, such as the old fashioned book things, are fun as well. I like animals alot...alot of people say that. But for some sort of assurance, I'll tell you I've had 2 birds, a tarantula, 5 cats, a turtle, a hampster, gerbil, 6 mice, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 betas. Currently I've only a cat and the hampster, but it's all good. Don't really need a zoo of a room.

Even though I lived in Cali, I've still got the most HORRENDOUS southern accent. It's most noticeable when I'm tired or angry. It works in my favor, though, when people point out my manners and the 'odd' way I work. I'm old fashioned, and believe that common courtesy and being polite are two of the best things you can do in your life. I also love it when a guy takes the lead when it comes to relationships and all that goes with them. Opening doors, having an opinion or plans about dates and such, and initiating it after a proper amount of time. Rushing in to things is never good, and it would be nice to find someone who appreciates and understands that. Yes, my accent works in favor because then I can just blame all my quirks on being a Texan.

It would be wonderful to find someone whom I can lose myself in conversation with for hours without being bored. Someone who would be interested in getting started in projects with me, like charity work, or who would be just as happy to stay in and watch a movie or play a video game we're both interested in. I enjoy 80's rock music, romantic comedies, and recently acquired a '69 buick skylark that I'm restoring. I write poetry sometimes and like to read. It's kinda hard to meet people these days especially cause I work nights 3 days a week so I decided to finally try this. I also have a weight issue which I hate more then anything but I am working on getting in shape and losing the pounds off.
